“ Freaking phenomenal! I spent 20 years in San Diego and this place blows everything out of the water. Tacos - barbacoa and tilapia are my favorites. My gf loves the al pastor Salsa - all the salsas are good but their regular verde salsa is great and their spicy habanero is the best salsa I’ve had in a restaurant. It is ridiculously spicy, but has such a smooth flavor. A little bit goes a long way. Favorite place in town for lunch. Tacos are big and well priced (2) and you can add extras on for 0.25 each (avocado, sour cream, cheese etc) Try it and you’ll love it. It’s super authentic and we are usually the only non-Mexican people eating there. That’s a great sign! This place us the REEEAAAL DEEEAAAL!!! ”
“ I went here because I heard that this place is a real Mexican restaurant (which means similar taste to when you eat in Mexico). Taco was fantastic I loved it!!! I ordered Asada, Pastor, and Carnitas for my lunch I ate it in the restaurant! The server was nice I liked that I could choose the sauce whatever I wanted and there was various type of sauce. I enjoyed it, so I went there again and ordered the same thing but a different flavor (Asada, Chorizo, and Pollo) for my dinner and did to-go ”
“ I love this place! They have the best tacos! It is authentic Mexican and not Tex Mex, so the tacos are on corn tortillas, with meat, cilantro, and onion. They offer a variety of salsas. They also have really good Chile rellenos. I shop in the grocery portion of it for tortillas, cilantro, limes, avocados, and beans, and their prices are great. They also have a meat counter which has a nice selection. The owner is super sweet and friendly. I enjoy getting to practice my Spanish while I'm in there, but there's always someone on staff who speaks English. ”
